    We treat the water the greater Goleta Valley uses and produce clean, recycled water and biosolids. Our focus is on environmental stewardship, energy self sufficiency, community collaboration, and excellence in governance. We serve over 80,000 folks in the community, including UC Santa Barbara, the Santa Barbara Municipal Airport, parts of the County of Santa Barbara, and the city of Goleta.
