    VA Gulf Coast health care's mission is to offer options to timely, quality services for Veterans through care and respect for one's physical, psychological, and spiritual health. VA Gulf Coast health care empowers Veterans through partnership, moving beyond simply treating illness, by striving for optimal health and a positive healthcare experience.

    About Us

    We are accredited by the Joint Commission to serve Veterans across three states. Gulf Coast VHCS is a complexity level 1c health care system consisting of the Biloxi VA Medical Center (VAMC), located in Biloxi, Mississippi; Joint Ambulatory Care Center (JACC), located in Pensacola, Florida; and three (3) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Mobile, Alabama; Fort Walton Beach, Florida; and, Panama City Beach, Florida. The Biloxi VAMC, JACC, Eglin CBOC and Panama City CBOC are all located in close proximity to Department of Defense (DoD) military installations and our Biloxi campus consists of a 228-operating bed facility.

    in the South Central Region. We’re an innovative care center

    within the Veterans Integrated Service Network 16 (VISN 16),

    which includes medical centers and clinics in Mississippi,

    Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, southeast Texas, and northwest

    Florida.
