    To empower people with developmental disabilities to live, work and play as full members of our community.

    About Us

    As Miami County's local board, Riverside serves more than 1,000 people with developmental disabilities in Miami County from birth through the end of life. We directly provide service coordination, advocacy training, family education, housing coordination, training for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Early Intervention and recreation services. We also fund adult day services, in-home care and job training through our network of service providers.
