The Long-Term Care Ombudsman (LTCO) seeks resolution of problems and advocates for the rights of residents of long-term care facilities to ensure and enhance the quality of life and care of residents.
About Us
The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program serves people who are residents of long-term care facilities. The program investigates and resolves complaints made by or for residents in long-term facilities and administrative actions that may adversely affect their health, safety, welfare or rights.
