  • About Us

    The mission of the Intergovernmental Relations department within the City of Boston is to coordinate the City's relations with the federal, state and other local governments, seeking to foster constructive links between the City and these entities and improved communication amoung city departments. The department keeps the Mayor informed on intergovernmental issues and assists him in representing the City's interests in these matters.
