Charles City County Food Pantry

We envision a community where everyone has access to good quality nutritious food and understands that food security improves outcomes for individuals and families.

Our mission is to help improve food insecurity, to respond to the needs of Charles City constituents through food distribution. We believe helping others shouldn’t be complicated when responding to the needs of the Community. In emergencies we will have support services available, to include, water, ice, and food distribution.

One stop shopping for citizens to access local, state, regional resources, hot, cold, dry food storage. We believe collaboration and partnerships internally and externally are essential to fulfilling our mission. The health and well-being of our community is enhanced through access to healthy nutritious foods, community education and advocacy.
