    The AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program engages adults ages 55 and older in volunteer service, supporting children and youth. Volunteers serve in schools, Head Start centers, early childhood programs, and youth organizations providing mentorship, academic support, and friendship to younger generations.

    This year, the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program celebrates six decades of dedicated service. Across the country, projects are commemorating campaigns that honor the legacy and future of intergenerational service.
