    The Lehigh County Office of Aging and Adult Services provides the following services: Information and Assistance, Links to Transportation, Assessment, Case Management, Personal Care Services through contracted home care agencies, Adult Day Care, Aging Waiver, Nursing Home Transition, Ombudsman Program, Family Caregiver Support Program, APPRISE Health Insurance Counseling, Protective Services, Neighborhood Senior Centers, Housing Assistance, Home Support, Home Modifications.
