  • About Us

    The AmeriCorps Youth Transition Project is a partnership with the On Campus Transition (OCT) program located at the University of North Florida.

    OCT works with young adults (ages 18 - 24) with developmental and intellectual disabilities for the purpose of developing skills to help OCT students become more independent.

    AmeriCorps members assist OCT with various mentoring, trainings, academic advising and mentor recruiting for the purpose of fulfilling the OCT Transition mission.
