Financial Composite Data Analyst (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Tysons Corner, VA (4 days in office | Fridays remote)

Salary: $30–35/hour

The Choice, Inc. is partnering with a major automotive dealership association to find a detail-oriented Financial Composite Data Analyst to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and process monthly financial statements from 400+ automotive dealerships
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time reporting
• Generate monthly financial composite reports
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate directly with dealerships
• Maintain SOPs and support ongoing process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or data-focused work
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data functions)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
