Description
Candidate must have previous successful track record min 5 years managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals that would include six-seven-eight figure donors. Extensive experience building long term donor relationships and consistently exceeding the annual major gift goals in a non profit organization.
Must have Bachelor's degree and advanced degree preferred. Experience working with team in capital campaigns. In-depth knowledge of charitable giving with foundations and impactful giving strategies. Strong ability with written and verbal skills as well as presentations with passion for the mission of the organization.
