    Description

    The Choice is seeking an immediate contract Project and Marketing Coordinator for our client- a higher education association that supports universities in the public health space.

    This role will support the association in marketing a new oral health program data platform that they have developed for their university members. It is a free tool and resource for their members. This role will help market the launch of the new platform through social media, email marketing and community platforms in order for their members to be better aware and understand the new tool.

    Contract estimated timeline: February 2026–June 2026

    Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office (downtown DC) Fridays remote

    Hours: 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch

    Hourly rate: $30 an hour

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or administrative support.
    • Previous experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Synthesia, and Canva AI for marketing.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with KPI tracking.
    • Previous experience with an association or membership organization a large plus, but not required

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Marketing Content & Outreach

    • Develop and edit content for email marketing, community platforms, and social media using AI-assisted strategies.
    • Write scripts for short explainers and create promotional videos using AI video software.
    • Design visual assets and infographics using Canva.
    • Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to schedule and monitor social media posts.
    • Optimize content for SEO and accessibility using AI-assisted tools.
    • Conduct basic sentiment analysis and outreach performance reviews using AI tools.

    Project Management & Administration

    • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-department communications related to the product.
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
    • Track project budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
    • Use Microsoft Excel and MS Planner to manage tasks, tracking lists, KPIs, and performance metrics.
    • Leverage Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, summarize meetings, and streamline documentation.
