Internship Development Program – Now Accepting Applications
The International Youth Alliance for Peace (IYAP) invites passionate, motivated, and purpose-driven young people from around the world to apply for the IYAP Global Internship Development Program 2026.
IYAP is a globally engaged youth-led organization working across peacebuilding, youth leadership, human rights, education, diplomacy, media literacy, and community impact initiatives. Through this internship program, selected interns will gain practical, hands-on experience by contributing to real international programs, campaigns, digital projects, research initiatives, and youth engagement activities within a dynamic nonprofit environment.
This is more than a traditional internship — it is a structured learning and leadership development experience designed to help young people strengthen professional skills, build confidence, expand networks, and contribute meaningfully to impactful global initiatives.
We are looking for committed individuals who are ready to learn, take initiative, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow within a fast-paced international youth environment.
Internship Tracks & Learning Areas
Interns may be assigned to one or more of the following areas based on their interests, skills, and organizational needs:
Program Coordination & Operations
Support youth programs, workshops, campaigns, and online events through coordination, planning, participant engagement, and documentation.
Communications & Social Media
Assist with content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, audience engagement, and digital communications.
Research, Reporting & Data Analysis
Support research activities, reporting systems, participant tracking, data organization, monitoring, and documentation processes.
Content Writing & Editorial Support
Contribute blogs, articles, newsletters, captions, reports, summaries, and educational content for IYAP platforms and publications.
Graphic Design & Multimedia
Support visual storytelling through posters, presentations, branding materials, video editing, reels, and awareness content.
Youth Engagement & Community Outreach
Engage with participants, volunteers, youth leaders, and communities through communication, support, outreach, and networking activities.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation
Assist with feedback tracking, impact documentation, post-activity reviews, attendance systems, and reporting processes.
Leadership & Campaign Support
Contribute to youth-led advocacy initiatives, awareness campaigns, leadership programs, and community impact activities.
