    Description

Inclusive education and participation of Children with Special Needs (CWSNs) is a key focus of RMKM's work. Through its inclusive schools, daycare centres, teacher capacity-building initiatives, and school sensitization programmes, RMKM promotes enabling learning environments for children with and without disabilities to learn together.

This internship focuses on studying and documenting the career prospects and long-term developmental outcomes of non-disabled children who grow up and study within an inclusive set-up alongside children with special needs. The intern will help build evidence on how inclusive education shapes empathy, life skills, and future readiness among all children — not just those with disabilities.
