Human Resources Administration Internship at Tierra, Techo, Trabajo (TTT)
We are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant Intern to support our HR department in Agrigento, Sicily, in managing documentation, organizing processes, and ensuring smooth internal operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working behind the scenes to support a well-functioning HR structure. 
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and managing HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support administrative tasks related to contracts, attendance tracking, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and regulations.
- Organize and streamline HR documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in internal communications and coordination between teams.
- Support HR reporting and analysis for decision-making. 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Enjoys organizing and structuring information.
- Interested in HR operations, compliance, and internal administration.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English.

Internship requirements:
- You must be eligible for the Erasmus+ program
