Africa Matters Future Pathways Program

Africa Matters Initiative is launching the 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, delivered in partnership with Africa Career Networks.

This initiative is designed to support talented young leaders in 𝗘𝗴𝘆𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗼 as they transition from education into meaningful careers. The program is open to 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 (𝗔𝗟𝗔) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗔𝗟𝗨) who are interested in strengthening their leadership and professional skills while accessing career opportunities in their local ecosystems.

Through the program, participants will receive:

• Career readiness and transition-to-work support
• Leadership and professional development training
• Mentorship from professionals and industry leaders
• Access to internship and employment opportunities
• Connection to a network of employers and partners

The program will be delivered in a 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮t, and applications will be reviewed on a 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀.
