    ABOUT THE COALITION

    The Coalition for Student Wellbeing (C4SW) is a national student-led nonprofit seeking to improve mental health in higher education through advocacy, collaboration, and education.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We’re hiring an Outreach Coordinator to help expand our national network of campus mental health advocates. You’ll identify the right contacts at a set of target institutions, build initial relationships on behalf of the Coalition, and lay the groundwork for long-term engagement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Serve as a frontline representative of the Coalition, conducting outreach to student mental health advocates at target institutions and building relationships that expand our national network
    • Identify and research outreach contacts at target institutions utilizing public data and Coalition assets
    • Track all outreach activity and contact information in a shared CRM, keeping the Coalition’s advocate directory accurate and actionable
    • Partner with the Executive Director on advocate recruitment strategy, sharing on-the-ground insights from outreach to help shape how the Coalition engages and grows its campus network
    • Contribute directly to a national movement working to change how colleges and universities address the mental health crisis on campus

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university
    • Genuine interest in mental health advocacy, higher education policy, or related fields
    • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and channels
    • Comfortable representing an organization externally and maintaining professional relationships over time
    • Experienced with or willing to learn a CRM platform to log contacts, track outreach status, and manage follow-up

    POSITION DETAILS

    This is a part-time contract position running Summer 2026 with a flexible start date and the possibility of extension. The role is fully remote, estimated at 15–20 hours per week, and pays $15–20 per hour.
