    Data Analysis & Recruitment Strategy Intern

    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Analysis & Recruitment Strategy Intern to join our organization and contribute to improving recruitment performance, budget efficiency, and advertising strategies. This role is ideal for individuals interested in data analysis, recruitment marketing, and strategic decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in analyzing expenses, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and optimizing recruitment channels — all while working in a dynamic, intercultural environment in Agrigento, Sicily.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Expense and Budget Analysis
      • Collect and analyze departmental expenses related to accommodation maintenance, recruitment platforms, and advertising
      • Identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving measures
    • Recruitment Campaign Evaluation
      • Assess the performance of recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
      • Identifying the most effective channels for reach, engagement, and conversion
    • Strategic Development
      • Use data analytics to refine recruitment strategies
      • Optimize job post visibility and audience targeting, and strengthen employer branding through trend monitoring and user engagement insights

    Profile and skills:

    The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in data collection, expense tracking, and cost analysis. They should be confident working with spreadsheets and be familiar with basic financial metrics such as ROI and cost-per-hire.

    Internship requirements:

    • You must be eligible for the Erasmus+ program
    • You are able to join us in Agrigento for at least 4 months
