Director of Board & Presidential Relations

Join The University of Vermont Foundation as the Director of Board & Presidential Relations, a highly collaborative leadership role supporting the Foundation's most senior volunteers and institutional leaders. The Director serves as the primary liaison to the Foundation Board of Directors and Foundation Leadership Council while partnering with the President & CEO and University leadership to strengthen governance, engagement, and philanthropy. This position also coordinates high-impact advancement activities involving the University President and key constituent audiences.

We're seeking a relationship-oriented professional with experience supporting boards, volunteer leaders, senior executives, or institutional governance. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational and communication skills, sound judgment and discretion, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with flawless execution while working effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
