    About the role:

    The Manager - Data and Technology will be responsible for project management and integration of all technology and data-related activities within the ECCE program delivery. This role ensures technology enhances program efficiency, data collection is robust, and outcomes are measured accurately to inform program expansion.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Technology Integration & Project Management:
      • Oversee the entire project lifecycle for integrating technology into Early Childhood Education (ECE) delivery within the organization's programs.
      • Work closely with program teams to identify technological needs and deploy relevant solutions effectively.
      • Ensure working knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Gantt charts) for timely delivery.
    2. Digital Product Development:
      • Provide strategic inputs for the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products used in the ECE program.
      • Lead the coordination with external technology partners and vendors.
    3. Data Management & Analysis:
      • Design and implement robust data collection and management systems for the ECCE program.
      • Conduct strong analytical tasks and produce high-quality documentation and presentations based on program data.
      • Utilize data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights for program heads.
    4. Monitoring & Evaluation Support:
      • Ensure the data collected feeds accurately into the program's monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
      • Track technology adoption rates and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve digital solutions.
    5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
      • Demonstrate high levels of empathy and understanding of stakeholder challenges (teachers, caregivers, program staff).
      • Work in a participatory manner to ensure technology adoption is seamless and supports end-users effectively.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Educational Qualifications: A Master's degree in Education, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related technical/development field is required.
    • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience is essential, preferably in EdTech, data systems, or education program management.
    • Product Experience: Proven experience in developing digital products, especially within the education or development sector, is highly valued.

    Technical & Functional Competencies

    • Data Visualization: Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
    • Core Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory for documentation and analysis.
    • Project Management: Working knowledge of project management frameworks and tools.
    • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is considered an advantage.
