Brave New Films is seeking an experienced, fearless, and relationship-driven Development Director who is passionate about political impact and ready to help fuel meaningful change - and is an extrovert who thrives on human connections!

This role is not for the faint of heart — nor for those who are risk-averse. We are a small but mighty team of full-time staff and freelancers: intensely political, deeply creative, and unapologetic in taking on powerful systems and adversaries.

If you thrive on building relationships, opening doors, and mobilizing resources to fight the good fight — we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support strategic fundraising initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    • Proven success and experience managing relationships with foundations and major donors.
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Must be available and excited for opportunities with evening events and donor engagements as needed.
