    Who We Are

NDRN is the nonprofit membership organization representing the federally mandated P&A and CAP agencies in every state and territory, and one affiliated with the American Indian Consortium. Together, this nationwide network works to ensure that people with disabilities have equal opportunity, self-determination, and access to justice.

We provide training, technical assistance, and legal and legislative advocacy to strengthen the capacity of our members and to advance disability rights across the country.

    What You’ll Do

    Video & Audio Production

    • Collaborate with staff and member agencies to tell authentic stories from the disability community.
    • Write, shoot, and edit videos and podcasts that inform, inspire, and advocate for change.
    • Ensure all digital media meets accessibility standards (captioning, audio description, etc.).
    • Train and support P&A/CAP members in multimedia storytelling.

    Media and Publications

    • Support NDRN’s media relations and outreach efforts to highlight disability rights issues in the press.
    • Assist with press releases, talking points, and reports.
