The Opportunity:
The Programs Coordinator will work closely with CTF’s Deputy Director and Communications Coordinator to steward relationships with program partners, participants, funders, and all members of the Crafting the Future network. With strong initiative and organizational skills, this team member will work to share information, coordinate program activities, gather feedback, and organize records to maximize the impact of CTF programs.
Primary Responsibilities - Programs Support
- Assist with planning and coordination of CTF programs and their activities
- Support implementation of program policies and practices to facilitate recruitment, enrollment, travel, participation, and program evaluation
- Schedule and organize calendar of program-related meetings and events
- Create and maintain program records, reports, media, templates, presentations and proposals
- Coordinate program communications including email blasts, newsletters, and social media postings in collaboration with CTF Communications Coordinator
Communications Support
- Monitor the Crafting the Future general email inbox and reply or forward inquiries to appropriate team members
- Support creation of digital assets and media posts by gathering participant feedback and images
- Maintain and update program data i.e. partners, participants, and email subscribers to assist in journey automation
- Organize CTF’s digital assets with appropriate metadata i.e. titles, year, photo credit, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or its work experience equivalent
- Minimum five years of work experience; familiarity with arts and culture organizations preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, and Canva or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Superior writing, editing, and communication skills
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits
