    Description

    The Role

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial leader to step into a key leadership role and help take 24LA to its next chapter of growth and impact.

This is not a traditional nonprofit role. This is an opportunity for someone hungry, resourceful, and visionary to build, scale, and shape a rapidly growing organization — and to use that experience as a defining portfolio of their career.

You will work directly with the founders to lead fundraising, partnerships, and strategic growth, with the opportunity to take full ownership of day-to-day operations over time.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead grant writing and fundraising strategy (identify, apply, and secure major funding opportunities)
    • Build and manage brand and corporate partnerships
    • Develop and execute growth strategy for 2026 and beyond
    • Oversee operations and help structure the organization for scale
    • Identify new program opportunities (community beautification, public art, recovery initiatives)
    • Represent 24LA in meetings, pitches, and external communications

    Benefits

Health insurance, 401(k), flexible work environment, and opportunity for compensation growth

    Level of Language Proficiency

Strong writing skills are essential, particularly for grant writing, partnerships, and external communications.

Spanish proficiency is a plus, especially for engaging with diverse Los Angeles communities.

    • Please include one of the following:
      • A grant you’ve written (full or excerpt), or
