The Growth Specialist ensures AAC's digital presence performs at its best through systematic execution and continuous optimisation. You'll own website operations, funnel optimisation, and performance tracking — turning data into action that drives programme applications.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating with the Content Specialist and UX Researcher, you'll implement strategic priorities while surfacing insights that inform future decisions. Through rigorous testing and analysis, you'll identify what motivates talented professionals to engage with our programmes and scale what works.
Every optimisation removes friction between passionate people and their most impactful career path. Your work will directly shape AAC's strategic decisions, helping us connect more talent with high-impact opportunities for animals.
