    We're Hiring!

    Part-Time Administrative/Communications Assistant

    Work independently, make a big impact!

    Seeking a skilled professional to manage office admin tasks, create social media content, and support outreach — all in ~ 8 hours/week/max. 32 hours per month.

    Data entry & filing of confidential survey materials, donor mail merges, and program materials copying/prep coordination (on-site in Princeton office)

    Experienced with DonorPerfect, Adobe, EXCEL, Word, Google, Microsoft Office tools, etc

    Weekly/regular social media posts & analytics (FB, IG, LinkedIn), distribute monthly press releases/photo captions to media/newspapers

    Occasional corporate outreach & program/event attendance offsite to capture content & promote program.

    Friendly, cheerful, team-oriented demeanor to be part of small office staff.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Familiarity with Spanish language a plus, not required.

    Stipend: $25/hr |~50% on-site/50% remote
