Our participants gain in-demand skills in lighting, audio, video, and set construction while building networks that connect them directly with professionals and employers in the industry.

    Our Culture:

We believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Our team embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and a shared belief in the power of the arts to build community and change lives. Brighter Boston is a coalition of young people, production companies, and events professionals working to open the doors of Boston’s entertainment industry to the next generation of entertainment industry professionals.
