    Description

    Hadassah is seeking a Manager, Philanthropy Reporting, Development Administration & Special Projects to support the Individual Giving team through strategic reporting, data management, operational oversight, and special projects that advance philanthropic goals.

    Reporting to the National Director of Development, this role serves as a key partner to Individual Giving staff, volunteer leaders, and senior leadership, helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of donor information while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, reporting, and overall efficiency. The Manager also supervises a Philanthropy Associate.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic operations and project management for the Individual Giving team, including donor reporting, information management, and cross-departmental initiatives.
    • With the National Director, manage annual donor, and fundraising reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
    • Develop and manage complex donor reports, donor histories, year-end reporting, Annual Report donor listings, and other high-level projects.
    • Serve as a primary resource for fundraising staff and volunteer leaders, providing donor information, troubleshooting issues, and supporting regional fundraising efforts.
    • Research and resolve complex Salesforce and donor data challenges.
    • Partner closely with the National Director of Development on departmental priorities, special projects, and operational improvements.
    • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Supervise and mentor a Philanthropy Associate, providing guidance and oversight of work products and priorities.
    • Foster productive relationships with volunteers, fundraising professionals, and senior leadership through strong communication, diplomacy, and customer service.
