POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for leading and managing the PMAFF’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, systems administration, and staff technology enablement. As the organization approaches a new stage of growth, this role ensures that all technology systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
This is an inaugural role created to support the organization’s expanding operational and technological needs. The Senior Manager of IT will work closely with the Operations team and will report directly to the Director of Operations, playing a key role in strengthening the organization’s internal infrastructure and supporting staff across departments.
This position builds on the foundation laid by a fractional CIO and is responsible for further strengthening infrastructure, managing vendors, leading the analysis and development of an internal IT support structure and serving as the organization’s in-house expert on IT systems and security.
The role is highly collaborative, supporting all staff and serving as the primary escalation point for technical issues that exceed Tier 1 support. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise while also embodying PMAFF’s values of collaboration, communication, excellence, and empathy. Along with technical ability, the position requires analytic and strategic thinking, autonomy, and deep expertise in building and deploying information technology through an equitable, accessible, and inclusive lens.
