    • Proactively identify and research mission-aligned businesses and non-profits to build a robust pipeline of potential "Liftoff" host sites.
    • Execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, networking) to convert cold leads into introductory presentations that articulate the value proposition of the Breaktime model to prospective partners.
    • Serve as the primary brand ambassador at community and industry events to generate new partnership leads and increase Breaktime’s visibility in the workforce ecosystem in collaboration with the Community Outreach team.
    • Support the Programs Leadership through the closing process by helping draft Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and assisting with the communication of partnership terms.
    • Facilitate Prospective Liftoff Partnership presentations and Host Site Orientations to ensure sites fully understand Breaktime’s mission, model, theory of change, and their role to successfully support Associates in their Liftoff placements.
    • Create the warm handoff between newly onboarded Host Site partners and the Coordinator of Workforce Placements.

    Host-Site Management (40%)

    • Conduct site visits and interviews to assess the physical safety, organizational cultural alignment, and mentorship capacity of potential partners against Breaktime’s quality standards.

    • Implement a structured "Partner Success" cadence to ensure high renewal rates of MOUs and the continued availability of placement slots.
    • Monitor and track Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) expiration dates, ensure compliance with the agreed-upon expectations, and identify and troubleshoot concerns as they arise with the Manager of Workforce Partnerships.
    • Maintain a system that provides real-time Host Site capacity information to the program and informs the partner recruitment and retention strategy.
    • Act as the main liaison and primary point of contact for all Host-Site supervisors in collaboration with the Coordinator of Workforce Placements (who serves as the Associate’s primary support).
    • Engage host-site partners in a way that is fruitful and contributes to the overall relationship with Breaktime
    • Create a cadence for engagement events and opportunities

Program Operations & Administrative Responsibilities (15%)

    • Maintain a record of partners to provide accurate monthly billable hours to support Finance in partner invoicing.
    • Support the design and implementation of responsive data management processes that evolve in alignment with programmatic needs and priorities.
    • Maintain a high-touch feedback loop with the Coordinator of Workforce Placements to ensure a "360-degree" view of every site; ensure that employer feedback (managed by WFP) and Associate progress (managed by Placements) are aligned to support long-term site retention.
    • Cross-departmental collaboration for all WFP campaigns.
    • Other duties as assigned.
