    Description

    Under the supervision of the Development Director, this position supports the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts as well as provide administrative, logistical, and operational assistance to the Development team.

    This role helps ensure the successful execution of fundraising campaigns, manages donor and corporate partner relationships, maintains a portfolio of contacts, and secures sponsorships for events and activities as well as other duties that may be assigned at the discretion of His House Children’s Home.

    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing and Business Administration from an accredited College / University or a related field required

    PLUS MINIMUM two - three (2-3) years of relevant experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

    Must be available to work evenings and weekend hours as needed.

    Must be able to travel locally and drive reliable personal vehicle for business purposes (Mileage re-imbursement provided).

    Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License and a good driving record.
