JOB TITLE: Facilities Coordinator
General Function:
The Facilities Coordinator oversees the maintenance and repair for the buildings and grounds at C3; ensures event setups are performed in support of the ministry activities at C3; and works with the Diaconate Building & Grounds Committee
Focus:
- Work Order Management
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Monitor Grounds
- Vendor Contracts; Scheduling & Adherence
- Work Closely with City Wide Facility Solutions for outsourcing
Organizational Relationships:
Supervised by: Director of Church & Community Engagement
Essential Functions:
- Monitor Preventive Maintenance Plan
- Monitor Corrective Maintenance needs and determine extent of service; whether in-house or outsourcing is required
- Receive and delegate Work Orders
- Monitor Facilities inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Monthly communication with Diaconate Building & Grounds Committee
- Meet weekly with Director of Church & Community Engagement to review tasks and receive training
- Effectively communicate with Supervisor any issues, concerns, or suggestions pertaining to facility use, abuse, modifications, or improvements
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Church & Community Engagement
Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years previous experience in facilities management (church facilities a plus)
- Experience with eSpace eScheduler and Work Order & Asset Management software a plus
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
