Tri-County OIC is seeking qualified, enthusiastic, and mission-driven Adult Basic Education (ABE) and English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructors to join our Adult Education team.

Position Type
- Part-Time
- Weekday, evening, and weekend hours available
- Flexible scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Education or related field preferred)
- Teaching experience preferred, particularly with adult learners
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse adult populations
- Proficiency with basic computer technology and instructional software
- Must successfully pass all required background clearances
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging ABE or ESL instruction
- Assess student learning and monitor academic progress
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessments, and student records
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with staff to support student success and program goals
- Participate in required training and professional development
