Our mission is to support youth soccer and leadership through sport by providing a wide variety

of opportunities for players, coaches, referees, and volunteers.

Position Overview

• Position Title: League Operations Coordinator/Lead (title, scope, and compensation

commensurate with candidate experience)

• Reports To: Executive Director
• Location: San Francisco, CA (Includes weekend field presence across SFRPD sports

fields when in season)

Purpose

The SFYS League Operations Coordinator/Lead contributes to the organizational mission by

driving the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of seasonal league play.

Objective

Guided by SFYS core values, the position ensures the effective delivery of seasonal league

operations, youth development strategies, and community support. Working under the direction

of the Executive Director, the role coordinates or leads (depending on experience level)

operational workflows aimed at strengthening organizational culture, efficiency, and game-day

quality across San Francisco.
