Description
OneFamily US is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the US office. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations, supporting both the Board of Directors and overall organizational needs.
The Office Manager will manage administrative systems, coordinate internal processes, and provide support across fundraising, events, and office management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative needs
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Support onboarding and administrative needs for staff and board members
- Serve as a central point of contact for office-related inquiries
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with processing donations, invoices, and payments in coordination with the bookkeeper, treasurer and Israel office
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Support expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with reconciliation processes as needed
Database & Systems Support
- Ensure accuracy and organization of internal systems and files
- Assist Database Manager with updating donor and contact records in DonorPerfect
- Support data entry, list management, and basic reporting
Event & Program Support
- Assist with logistics for events, including invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and materials
- Support post-event follow-up and administrative tracking
- Help coordinate meetings, parlor events, and community programs
Team Support & Coordination
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team in the US and Israel
- Help streamline internal processes and improve office efficiency
- Coordinate with colleagues in Israel to support operational needs
Benefits:
This role offers a salary of $60,000. Our benefits package includes a monthly healthcare reimbursement benefit, allowing employees to select the health insurance coverage that best meets their individual needs.
