    Description

    The Fellowship Director, Artistic & Educational is responsible for the full creative and

    pedagogical life of the JYC Impact Fellowship. You will lead the ensemble as Music Director,

    conductor, and concert producer; design and teach the facilitation and storytelling curriculum (or

    oversee additional experts in these tasks); and build international relationships to bring the

    ensemble to audiences worldwide. You share leadership of the fellowship with a Director of

    Operations & Impact, who will be responsible for overall project management of the fellowship

    and its impact projects, with clearly delineated domains of authority. You both report to the

    Founder & Artistic Director, Micah Hendler.

    Level of Language Proficiency

    Fluency in English; Hebrew and/or Arabic strongly preferred
