The Association of Community Employment Programs (ACE) works with adults who have been impacted by homelessness, addiction, or incarceration - providing job training, work experience and a lifetime support network to help participants secure full-time employment and achieve long-term economic independence.
ACE seeks a full-time Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who are formerly incarcerated, have experienced homelessness, or are in recovery from substance use. This is an in-person position based in our offices in Long Island City, Queens – one subway stop outside of Manhattan.
The Case Manager will provide case management services, conduct program intake interviews, facilitate job-readiness classes, coordinate volunteer events, manage relationships with on-site partner service providers, oversee mock interviews, conduct community outreach, and will report to the Program Director.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform other duties as needed or requested by program director.
