    Description

    Role Overview

    The Director of Programs is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Executive Director and Founder of Ultimate Impact. As a key decision maker, this role will oversee team management, internal operations, and program strategy and delivery. Success in the role will be measured in team efficiency, youth program delivery, overall programs sustainability, and continued improvement on growth efficiency. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented manager with a drive to grow community impact. A critical organizational goal at our stage is to grow our impact sustainably with the right operational strategies. This role will have a direct impact on achieving this goal. All roles at Ultimate Impact have the opportunity to directly engage with our community, from coaching, community events, mentoring, etc.

    Role Description

    Organizational Leadership

    • Manages all coaching staff
    • Manages daily operations and organizational infrastructure
    • Maintains an engaged team and a well-functioning, sustainable organization
    • Works closely with organizational leadership to ensure an engaged and efficient team

    Operational Leadership

    • Drives program financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Drives organizational metrics and accountability
    • Adapts, develops, and implements strategies to ensure smooth and sustainable youth program delivery
    • Works with coaching staff to adapt and develop youth programs

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of leadership experience in a senior role (Director level and above)
    • 5+ years of management experience (career development, performance coaching, etc)
    • Strong background in program implementation, operations, and organizational change management
    • Proven success of metrics-driven operational strategies
    • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, Excel, Airtable, NetSuite (or similar), and Google Workspace
    • Passion for community-oriented impact

    Bonus

    • Experience working with youth development
    • Experience in youth sports programs
    • Nonprofit leadership experience
    • Ultimate Frisbee experience

    Salary

    Starting salary range: $85,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
