    Digital Coordinator - Part-Time

    October 2026 - December 2026

United Today, Stronger Tomorrow (UTST), is seeking a digital coordinator to join the Digital Team. This is a part-time, 3 month contract position with the chance for extension.

Location: Remote, expectation to be reachable and responding to team requests from 12pm ET to 5pm ET

    About the Position

We are looking for a self-motivated digital coordinator who is systems-oriented and organized to help support our paid-media operation, outreach efforts, and help make sure things run smoothly during a busy few months.

We estimate that candidates will have about 2-3 years of relevant experience, but our review of candidates for this role will focus on whether they can fill the needs of the position, not years of experience. The digital coordinator will report to the Communications Director.

    Primary Responsibilities

    The coordinator will:

    • Partner with other teammates to lead day-to-day administration of UTST’s EveryAction system to best serve digital needs.
    • Cross connect data from different applications using Zapier (Meta ads, google sheets, EA, others)
    • Administration of key CRM and data systems as assigned to align with program and network needs.
    • Build and update event, action, and resource pages using WordPress and EveryAction.
    • Review text scripts and copy for peer to peer campaigns; and set up texting lists and call campaigns.
    • Support the production of email campaigns in EA; set up lists, format emails, and schedule all outgoing messages across all states.
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of emails, social media posts, and other engagement and entry points. Setup and pull performance reports from EA
    • Other related duties as needed and assigned.

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Experience with EveryAction and/or NGPVAN MyCampaign and the ability to quickly connect program goals with system functionality.
    • Experience using Zapier or similar software to transfer data from different software platforms
    • The ability to have patience and understanding when supporting non-technical staff.
    • Experience and high level of comfort creating and sending out broadcast emails from a CRM; setting up and managing P2P texting campaigns.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented perspective when working with end users.
    • Customer service, product service, client success, or support experience.
    • The ability and desire to learn new tools. Experience with Salesforce, Mobilize, Hustle, and other common movement tools is a plus but not required.
    • Has a reliable computer with a working camera and microphone that can run Slack, Zoom, browsers, and can handle video downloads, editing, and uploads.
    • A demonstrated commitment to social, racial, and economic justice and a deep understanding of challenges facing working class communities and rural America.

    Hiring Process:

Candidates should expect to participate in two rounds of group interviews and a job simulation exercise. Final candidates will be asked to provide references. Resumes will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

    Other Details

    • The virtual office works Monday through Friday in the usual hours of 9am to 5pm, but as the team is scattered across several time zones, the expectation is that we’re all reachable and responding to team requests from 12pm EST to 5pm EST.
    • This position is remote but with a preference for applicants located in or familiar with Alaska, Iowa, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, or Montana. The ideal candidate can work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends if necessary.
    • Women, people of color, Native/indigenous people, and LGBTQ+ people are strongly encouraged to apply.
    • The Digital Coordinator position will work 20-30 hours per week and earn $30 to $40 per hour based on experience.
