    About Olamim

Olamim cultivates belonging, wholeness, and connection for Latin Jewish families through culturally responsive, intergenerational learning. We create spaces where families can explore the richness of their Jewish identities alongside their languages, cultures, histories, and lived experiences.

Through innovative programs that weave together Jewish learning, Spanish language, arts, nature, storytelling, and community-building, Olamim helps families build meaningful Jewish lives rooted in both heritage and possibility. Today, Olamim engages more than 1,600 participants annually through 30+ programs, a growing network of local and national partnerships, and a vibrant community of families, educators, artists, and leaders.

As Olamim enters its next stage of growth, we are expanding our impact through Redes y Raíces: A Rooted Network — a national initiative that strengthens Latin Jewish belonging by connecting families, cultivating local leadership, and sharing culturally grounded resources across communities.

    Redes y Raíces combines:

    • Relational community-building through local family hubs and leadership networks
    • Culturally-rooted learning experiences and resources that can be adapted across diverse communities
    • Creative content and educational tools that help families bring Jewish learning, language, culture, and connection into their homes and everyday lives

Together, these efforts are building a more inclusive, vibrant, and connected Jewish future — one family, one relationship, and one community at a time.

    Position Overview

The Programs, Partnerships, and Engagement Manager will play a central leadership role in both local program execution in the Bay Area and the national expansion of Olamim’s Redes y Raíces model.

The Program, Partnerships, and Engagement Manager serves as Olamim's primary implementation lead, working closely with the Executive Director to transform vision, partnerships, and growth opportunities into successful programs, systems, and community impact.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, relational, and strategic professional who thrives at the intersection of program management, community engagement, and partnership development.

The Program, Partnerships, and Engagement Manager will ensure that Olamim’s core programs run with excellence while helping to build the systems, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to scale our work to new communities.

We are looking for someone who:

    • Thinks strategically and translates vision into action
    • Builds strong relationships with families, partners, and community leaders
    • Anticipates needs and takes initiative
    • Creates systems that improve effectiveness and scalability
    • Enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
    • Communicates clearly and follows through consistently
    • Is excited about helping a growing organization expand its reach and impact

Occasional domestic travel (approximately 2-3 trips per year, funding permitting) may be required.
