You’ll be involved in projects—supporting recruitment processes, collaborating with colleagues across different regions, and helping shape how we attract and hire people worldwide. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant contribution to the further development of our global HR team.

    Your responsibilities

    • Support the Regional HR Team in developing and implementing HR projects, with a particular focus on recruitment and process improvement.
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of recruitment activities, including drafting and publishing job advertisements.
    • Contribute to recruitment processes by managing shortlisting as well as preparing, conducting, and following up on interviews.
    • Track ongoing recruitments, contribute to reporting and data management.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen Welthungerhilfe’s visibility as an employer, including engagement with relevant networks and institutions.
    • Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain and further develop recruitment-related standards and practices across country offices.
    • Provide support on system-related topics (e.g. recruitment tools) and contribute to ensuring efficient and compliant processes.

    Your profile

    • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
    • Initial professional experience in HR, ideally with some exposure to recruitment or an international environment
    • Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with HR systems or recruitment tools is an advantage
    • A structured and reliable way of working, with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
    • Openness to working in an international and intercultural environment
    • Eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work
    • Very good written and spoken English; German and/or French are an advantage
