    Description

    ABOUT UNBOUNDED

We are a team of former classroom teachers, district and school leaders, curriculum writers, and education experts unified by our desire to see every student thrive in school.

Our commitment to every learner unites us. UnboundEd works side-by-side with teachers, coaches, principals, and district leaders to ensure every student has access to grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful — GLEAM™ — instruction. By cultivating the mindsets, knowledge, and skills at the heart of truly transformative teaching and learning, we can break the predictability of historic achievement patterns so all kids thrive.

In 2023, UnboundEd joined forces with Pivot Learning and CORE Learning to expand our offerings and drive long-needed changes in instruction, especially in the highest-need schools.

    POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Program Implementation, the Regional Director is a customer-facing role responsible for cultivating new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting high-quality program engagements. This position requires occasional travel (up to 40%) to support customer meetings, conferences, and events.

This role is critical in UnboundEd’s sales strategy: qualifying leads, generating opportunities, and advancing them through the sales cycle. The Regional Director is ideal for an educator, consultative sales professional, or customer-focused leader eager to grow as part of a dynamic, mission-driven team. As a Regional Director, your work directly shapes educators' professional learning experiences, ensuring that students—particularly those historically underserved—receive the high-quality instruction they deserve.
