Homebase is adding a position for a full time Associate Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Administration Manager to join our wonderful team of Business Operations professionals.
The Associate HUD Administration Manager will play a critical role in managing Homebase’s federal cooperative agreement (grant) compliance, performance reporting, and subcontracts. The position supports the HUD Administration Team Lead and the Director of Federal Programs in responding to assignments from federal agencies (mainly HUD), project budgeting, project scope development, and entering/revising/maintaining projects in the federal grant management system. This is a dynamic position at a flexible, fun, and supportive organization, working closely with a diverse team of mission-driven individuals to help advance Homebase’s mission to end homelessness.
The starting compensation range for this position is between $85,000-$95,000. We also offer a robust benefits package, including a 403(b) match, health insurance, and generous PTO. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Federal Programs, this position will provide contract management, compliance oversight, and federal program support. This role will also collaborate closely with program and operations staff to coordinate and support federal program execution.
This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment, enjoys improving systems and processes, and is committed to achieve social impact. The position is full-time and remote. For candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, there is the option to connect in person at our downtown San Francisco office, although most staff work remotely.
