    Description

    The AnBryce Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of youth development programs, including AnBryce Academy, SAIL, and Camp Dogwood Summer Academy. This role is ideal for an organized, collaborative professional who enjoys working with young people and families and wants to grow in the nonprofit and education sectors.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate programs, events, activities, and family engagement.
    • Communicate with students, families, instructors, volunteers, and community partners.
    • Maintain participant records, registrations, and program materials.
    • Support Camp Dogwood registration, family communication, and preparation.
    • Connect youth with internships, pre-college, STEM, and career opportunities.
    • Support website, social media, newsletters, and alumni communications.
    • Coordinate volunteers and interns and assist with special projects.
    • Provide program updates and feedback to leadership.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with diverse communities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
    • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain.
    • Spanish proficiency is a plus.
    • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
    • Availability for occasional evenings, Saturdays, and Camp Dogwood travel.

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to work with groups of children, respond appropriately to safety situations, and lift supplies up to 25 pounds.
