Co-op Cincy is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Co-op Culture and Business Developer to help our network of unionized worker-owned co-ops thrive.
This role supports co-ops in building strong democratic cultures, solid business practices, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about workplace democracy, equity, and cooperative economics.

Healthcare, dental care and short-term disability are provided without a waiting period. Co-op Cincy pays 89.25% of the monthly premium towards individual plans and or 57.1% of family plans. Union membership with the United Steelworkers is a part of this job. $10 is deducted from your pay to join the union, and then a nominal amount is withheld from each paycheck.
