    Description

    We're an independent documentary film organization producing films and leading impact campaigns that spark conversation, engagement, and change.

    As our films and campaigns continue to expand, we're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional to help support screenings, partnerships, communications, and operational systems. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.

    We are a small, entrepreneurial team. Success in this role requires comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

    Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships through warm, professional, and responsive communication.
    • Manage screening inquiries, licensing, scheduling, and logistics from start to finish.
    • Coordinate with schools, organizations, community leaders, and screening hosts.
    • Maintain and improve CRM systems, databases, and operational workflows.
    • Track screening activity, outreach efforts, and key organizational metrics.
    • Support communications, including newsletters, website updates, outreach campaigns, and client-facing materials.
    • Assist with project management across multiple films, campaigns, and partnerships.
    • Help identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Serve as a dependable team member who helps ensure projects move forward and deadlines are met.
