About the Role:
IMEU Policy Project is seeking a Digital Campaigns Manager to support and execute the day-to-day work of our digital mobilization program. This role will report directly to and work closely with the Digital Director, helping translate strategy and timely moments into polished digital outputs that educate supporters, drive advocacy actions, and expand our reach.
The ideal candidate is a strong executor with excellent writing and production skills, is comfortable working with data, and has the ability to create and edit simple graphics quickly using established brand guidelines. This role will also collaborate with the Digital Director on paid social advertising by supporting ideation, setup, monitoring, analysis, and reporting across key platforms.
The Digital Campaigns Manager will be accountable for the following areas:
Email Campaigns & SMS Mobilization
- Draft, build, quality-assure, and send email and SMS campaigns, including rapid response and action alerts, based on strategy and guidance from the Digital Director.
- Assist with drafting and building campaign landing pages through Action Network and Squarespace.
- Maintain a clear send calendar, coordinate approvals, and use basic testing and performance insights to improve results.
- Write and edit clear, action-oriented copy for email, SMS, and digital campaign needs, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational messaging.
- Build and maintain segments, tags, and suppressions in Action Network; complete routine data hygiene tasks and support deliverability best practices.
- Track campaign performance and maintain organized records of sends, results, and tested learnings.
Paid Social Advertising
- Collaborate with the Digital Director to pitch, design, place, monitor, and manage native social media ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Support audience setup and trafficking, creative versioning, and campaign quality; monitor performance and pacing; flag issues and opportunities quickly.
- Help analyze results and produce clear reporting on outcomes, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
Graphics Creation & Editing
- Create and edit simple, high-impact digital graphics using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent), following provided brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt assets for different placements and channels (email, social, paid ads) while maintaining consistency and accessibility
- Prepare multiple iterations of graphics for A/B testing purposes.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital campaigning, advocacy, digital organizing, or political digital communications.
- Hands-on experience supporting paid social campaign execution and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience producing email and/or SMS campaigns end-to-end (writing, building, and sending).
- Familiarity with CRMs/advocacy tools such as Action Network, EveryAction, NGP VAN, Salesforce, or similar, with experience in segmentation and targeting.
- Strong writing/editing skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop or similar tools to create/edit graphics based on brand guidelines.
- Strong project management habits and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Alignment with IMEU Policy Project’s mission and values, including anti-racist principles and a commitment to Palestinian rights and human rights.
- Reliable executor who can turn direction into high-quality outputs quickly.
- Strong judgment and professionalism, especially in high-stakes moments.
- Detail-oriented with solid quality assurance instincts (such as with links, styling standards, targeting, creative specs, and accuracy).
- Collaborative, responsive, and improvement-minded.
Preferred
- Experience with peer-to-peer texting tools and/or broadcast texting programs.
- Familiarity with deliverability best practices and basic HTML/CSS/email formatting.
