    Organization: Skysthelimit.org

    Location: Remote

    Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 base

    Position: Full-time

Reports to: Co-founder and Board Chair

    The Opportunity

Skysthelimit.org is a non-profit tech platform on a mission to digitize the mentorship ecosystem. We are entering a critical phase of innovation with the launch of our Launchpad Membership and our new AI-powered consulting service offered to Launchpad members.

We are seeking a Director, Operations to serve as the operational backbone for these new initiatives. This is a hybrid Builder/Manager role for a strategic operator who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You will not just "run" processes; you will design them, prototype them, and scale them. From launching our new AI product to ensuring our corporate partners see high ROI, you will bridge the gap between our technology, our community and our funders.

    Core Responsibilities

    1. Launchpad Delivery & AI Service Operations
    • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the operational launch and ongoing management of innovative new services under our Launchpad offering, including an AI-powered consulting service.
    • Launchpad Service Delivery: Ensure the AI-powered consulting service effectively solves entrepreneur problems in sales, marketing, branding, product design, operations, and beyond. Additionally, support the implementation of Go High Level whitelabeled service for select Launchpad entrepreneurs.
    • Feedback Loops: Monitor member usage of Launchpad, gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to refine the service offering and ensure high retention.
    1. Product Strategy & Design
    • Technical PM & Roadmap: Act as a business stakeholder for the Product & Engineering team. You will translate organizational priorities into a clear product roadmap, ensuring features yield business value.
    • Design Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and UX/UI Designer to advise on feature design and usability.
    • Program Design: Design the "human side" of the product—e.g. creating training materials, curriculum, and mentorship guides that integrate seamlessly with the platform experience.
    1. Corporate Partnerships Delivery (in collaboration with Marketing & Member Experience)
    • Account Management: Serve as the delivery lead for key corporate partners, in partnership with Marketing & Member Experience. You ensure that what was sold is what is delivered (e.g., volunteer hours, matches made, impact, partner business value).
    • Engagement KPI management: Drive volunteer and other engagement KPIs to hit partner targets.
    • Event & Comms Execution: Oversee the logistical delivery of partner events in collaboration with Member Experience and prepare necessary communications to keep stakeholders aligned and excited.
    1. Data, Reporting & Insights
    • External Reporting: Own the creation of impact reports for funders and partners, translating raw data into compelling narratives of success.
    • Internal Analytics: Collaborate with Engineering to ensure data accuracy. Create internal dashboards to help staff track KPIs and improve their own performance (L&D).
    • Data Integrity: Act as the guardian of our data, ensuring we are collecting actionable metrics that prove our theory of change.
    1. Special Projects & Innovation
    • AI Internal Tooling & Adoption: Leverage the experience you will gain building and deploying Agentic AI for entrepreneurs, transfer your learnings to the team, increase internal adoption of AI and workflow automation to drive increased staff productivity, creativity, and job satisfaction.
    • Rapid Prototyping: Identify emerging priorities and design "experiments" to test new revenue models or program features before full-scale rollout.
    • Sustainability: Tackle ad-hoc strategic projects that drive financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

    The Ideal Candidate

You are a generalist with a "product mindset." You might have a background in Product Operations, Tech-Enabled Non-Profit Management, or Operations.

    • Experience: 7+ years of experience in operations, product management, or program delivery, ideally within a tech-forward environment.
    • The "AI" Factor: You are comfortable with Generative AI tools and understand how to operationalize them for end-users. You are excited about the potential of CoFounderAI and other possible AI use cases.
    • Data Fluency: You don’t need to be a Data Scientist, but you must be comfortable defining metrics, interpreting complex data sets, and working with engineers to get the right reports.
    • Partner Savvy: You have experience managing high-stakes relationships with corporate partners or funders.
    • Builder Spirit: You thrive in ambiguity. You can take a one-sentence goal (e.g., "Improve partner retention") and build a full process around it.
    • Manager Spirit: You can create highly-efficient and effective processes (including using AI) to streamline management of core business needs, including managing other staff.
    • *Please note: Candidates who have actually used our platform by signing up for a free account (as either an entrepreneur or volunteer) will get priority consideration. Link here:
