    Description

    Join the Loaves & Fishes Client Services Team! Reporting to the Client Services

    Coordinator, this person must be committed to our mission of providing

    nutritious groceries to those who need it in an atmosphere of kindness and

    respect.

    Principal Responsibilities:

     Organize and prepare delivery program orders and collaborate with other team

    members to ensure timely order fulfillment

     Monitor voicemail and email for the Client Services Team

     Enter, update and verify data in the client database. Produce reports.

     Maintain a collection of resource materials and informational pantry materials

    in multiple languages

     Provide coverage for the department in the absence of the Client Services

    Coordinator

     Assist the Client Services Coordinator with a variety of tasks including:

    ensuring an effective and efficient client flow, client outreach, and supervising,

    training, and providing support to client-facing volunteers

    Level of Language Proficiency

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     Bachelor’s Degree in social services, psychology or related field or equivalent experience.

     Direct client services experience in a social services setting required.

     Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse

    populations.

     Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with Loaves & Fishes privacy policies.

     Ability to work independently while anticipating and prioritizing responsibilities, seeking guidance

    when needed, and demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and proactive written and

    verbal communication skills.

     Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training as needed to enhance skills.

     Proficient computer skills: email, file management, Google Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office.

     Ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian Creole in addition to English is a plus.
