The Democratic Party of Illinois (DPI) is hiring passionate and committed Field Organizers for the 2026 Coordinated Campaign. This is a historic election cycle, with the Governorship, U.S. Senate, and 17 Congressional seats at stake, along with the State Senate, State House, and critical county and local-level races across the state. DPI is building a first-of-its-kind coordinated effort to meet this challenge and win competitive races up and down the ballot.

Field Organizers are the local representatives of our campaign, leading and implementing our organizing efforts in communities across Illinois. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Illinois, with offices across the state. Applicants must live in or be willing to relocate to Illinois.

    • Develop, train, and escalate volunteer leaders to execute the statewide Get Out the Vote operation
    • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and community members to advance field objectives
    • Participate in direct voter contact activities to supplement volunteer capacity, including knocking on doors, calling, and texting

    • Strong ability to independently manage workload and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines
    • Demonstrated capacity to synthesize, track, and report data
